AgNi
Characteristics
The AgNi material has very good material transfer property, high conductivity, low and stable contact resistance, good workability, and good resistance against welding and arc erosion under medium and low current, and very low material transfer under DC condition. Increasing nickel content can improve the welding resistance but will also increase a little the contact resistance and temperature rise. The welding resistance and arc erosion resistance can be obviously improved by addition of a small quantity of additives(T) with a special process.
